Dig out your old diary or book of poems angstful and reaquaint yourself and who you were then, when you feel things more deeply. Breakfast Club is available for children not highschool, as some would suggest. Why do they need? They live there. Exists for all of us who have already been through there, who feel they are currently. There are so we can remember what it was like to understand ourselves and the next generation better. Because you can not dismiss something you understand.
