Review:
Not being a big fan of superhero movies, I do not have much hope for Batman Begins. But look at Christopher Nolan's 2005 production, I was shocked shocked. Then after my great hope for, The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan blew my expectations in the dust. Will the same thing happen in the 3rd and final movie, The Dark Knight Rises? Quite simply, Yes! My great hope once again, mesmerized. What a production! It is a truly cinematic experience, to see. This movie exceeded my expectations in terms of action and entertainment. Editing, sound, score, visual, and directions to all the top notch action. This film contains a good cast of talented actors. Christian Bale, of course, is still doing great Batman. Michael Cain was fantastic, because he was always like that. He gave a strong performance, he definitely should be considered for an Oscar nomination. Tom Hardy as Bane is really scary, at times, and really fun. Anne Hathaway as Catwoman / Selina Kyle is a scene stealer. He totally engrossing. Everyone is so large, dynamic scenes between the actors is great, so well written, and so committed. The Dark Knight Rises is emotionally riveting and wonderful view.At nearly 3 hour running time, the film was never dull, which is quite impressive. Awesome action sequence film is well made and very intense. The dialogue between characters is funny and very reliable. The film soundtrack is great and really exemplifys many scenes of the movie. Really good editing and use of sound is really develop action scenes of the movie, not just explosions and visual as in many other films. Nolan creates a grand, obscene, exciting world, and action sequences just hum. In conclusion, this movie is a good reminder that good writing and direction can improve any movie-going experience, even a superhero movie, which is generally considered wasteful entertainment. I was completely satisfied with Christopher Nolans vision and thanks to all who worked on this film for bringing such a complex interpretation of a very famous literary sources. I would not recommend this movie more than I have, I just have to tell everyone and anyone should see it. 10/10
