Review:
I saw the trailer for this at the cinema and thought it will be seen. Luckily I did not waste it? 8 pay for a ticket. This premise seems reminiscent of big-OK Lies True-but it seems that the potential for comedy and drama. Potential sadly never realised.Tom both Hardy and Chris Pine lead capture (Pine should stop to chew things their open mouths do. Makes it look not speed ; more slowly) Reese Witherspoon is probably a little old for this kind of role-or at least this is the type of role with Hardy and Pine-but it was ; its role well enough.The problem that there is no plot to speak of, very little action and some precious laughs. The film is beautifully lit but the editing is terrible. It reminds viewers of Quantum of Solace with memorable action sequences but the audience can not see what happens. It does not look cheap and may scannána premises actress and make something memorable, but how can the end result is not satisfactory. Tasteless, bland, predictable and empty overdose like the icing on the cake because there was no cake underneath.All way through I could not help wondering how much that can go wrong until the end credits rolled I saw that it was aimed at the MCG. Nothing else to say.
