Review:
Tyler Perry takes on the character of Alex Cross, and fails miserably. Although hes hardly the only one at fault here. The trouble starts with the script, which is nothing short of pathetic. All of the main characters in one dimension, and there is no progress. Pattersons novel is condensed into formulaic and predictable plot, where you can see trouble coming a mile away. But the development of a villain, why he does what he does and why a professional assassin make the choice that makes. Time makes absolutely no sense in this movie. Events had to be for a period of time in the book that are condensed into one minute of film. I havent seen the movie, and I said I was You've got to be kidding me often, because he was so incredible sight. Rob Cohens direction is nothing short of awesome. Action scenes are so blurry that you can not tell who's who beat him up. Although there is no action scenes, the rest of the film is the Talking Heads 70s made for TV movie. working flat out stinks (unless both short appearances Cicely Tyson and Giancarlo Esposito). There is no chemistry with Perry and Ed Burns and no chemistry between the villain (Matthew Fox) and Perry. More film logo looks like from the 70s movie of the week. redemption value only gets in this film the scene. It was a good use of the facility in Detroit film. In addition, do not waste time.
