Review:
Talk about an appropriate title. This is a collection of 11 short stories decisions independent director Jim Jarmusch (Aliens in Paradise, Ghost Dog: the way of the Samurai) has been recording for 18 years, the two have to do with two or more characters are simply sitting at a table, discussing ... Yes, coffee and tobacco. In the hands of a few directors who can be very boring, but Jarmusch is a master of understatement and subtle humor great. This may be one of the funniest movies you've ever seen that no one smiled. Almost all of the actors play themselves, and a super stage, a slightly surreal touch it all. Among my favorite stories is one in which a too eager Alfred Molina has a surprise in store for cool arrogance arrogant self actor Steve Coogan, and a wonderful CATE Blanchett plays the that both his arms and his jealous cousin Shelby. Then, there's a wait and Tom Sela where Iggy Pop met at a dive bar to discuss this and tobacco (up to celebrate the howling, did drugs), Jack and Meg White experiment The White Band and a Tesla coil, and the selection of the funniest actor, RZA and GZA of Wu-Tang Clan share a few D 'and, of all people, Bill Murray. I also like the Spike LEES and his twin sister, the joys and five, dealing with a man progresses (a hilarious Steve Buscemi). Almost all big story, but there are three that are forgotten, and quite unnecessary, and they're all in a row, which is yards interrupt the flow of the movie. If three had been given, coffee and tobacco should be just about perfect, but it's still really good. And the third is out of the way in the first half, anyway. For the first hour of the film mostly feels like fun. Straight faced, deadpan, B & W comedy like Stranger in Paradise. But as it goes on, and that is unusual connection made between the stories, it seems to have a surprising depth of his dreams. History The last in particular, in which two old people in a dark room (Bill Rice and Taylor Mead) discuss life during the Sabbath, I always felt like for ever, there is a different feeling Waiting for Godot and the film ends on a note perfect one obsession, sadness exists. That was the moment when I realized I hadnt just follow a series of short stories Jokey, but a series of short stories that tell a lot about human nature Jokey and life in general. And if thats not enough to interest you, how often you can see Iggy Pop and Tom waited a conversation? Or RZA, GZA, and Bill Murray?
